- How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on items purchased and shipping location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days, and are sent with Australia Post. Current transit times can be found on Australia Post website
- Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we only ship within Australia.
- What is your return policy?
Refunds may be issued if buyer changes their mind, provided goods are returned to Blissful Little Home in good order and at buyers cost. Refunds will not be provided on shipping costs.
Strictly no refunds on custom made vinyl labels.
In the unlikely event your goods have arrived damaged, please get in touch with us within 10 business days, with your order number, full name, pictures and description of the damaged goods. Once we have assessed the item, we will either refund the purchase price, or provide a replacement.
- Can I make changes to my order?
In the event that an error has been made by you, please contact us as soon as possible firstname.lastname@example.org to determine the possibility of making changes, provided your order has not already been processed.
- Does Blissful Little Home offer label samples?
Our Labels work best on a clean, smooth, flat surface. If you have any concerns about whether or not the labels will work on your surface, you can request a sample to test out our product. Contact us at email@example.com
- Are the labels easy to apply?
Please take your time applying labels, as we are not responsible for any labels damaged during application.
