ORDERING
We are a fully Australian based company, with our warehouse located in Truganina, Melbourne 3029.
All orders are handled and dispatched by our own internal team
We stand by the quality of our carefully selected range, and are pleased to offer a 12 month warranty against defects. Please note this does not cover general wear and tear, or where the product is not used as per the care instructions. You can find the care instructions for each product on its dedicated page of our website
We have chosen Australia Post as our sole shipping partner. This is to ensure your parcel gets to you in the quickest and safest way possible
All orders are generally dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in a speedy 1-3 business days. We use Australia Post for delivery.
Important: During peak or sale periods, these dispatch times are extended
We offer a 'Priority Dispatch' feature which can be selected in your cart, and will guarantee next business day dispatch from our warehouse, including during peak / sale periods
Priority Dispatch ensures your order will be dispatched the same or next business day from our Melbourne warehouse. This is especially helpful during peak seasons and sale times where our dispatch times may be extended.
No it is not. Priority Dispatch ensures your order is dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1 business day. Standard Australia Post shipping times apply from there
We are an online only business, all orders need to be placed via our website. As our team are very busy packing our online orders, we are no longer able to accommodate walk ins to our warehouse showroom
We offer a flat rate $14.99 Australia wide, regardless of order size
Online purchases are made easy with a variety of payment options available including Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay, Apply Pay, Shop Pay and Gift Cards
Yes we do. These can be purchased here and are available from $25.00. Our gift cards are sent electronically. We do not offer physical gift cards unfortunately
Due to the bulky nature of our products, we only ship Australia wide at this stage
POST PURCHASE
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive tracking information from Australia Post. You will then be able to track your parcel and stay informed every step of the way until delivery
All deliveries must be signed for, if you are not home Australia Post will take them to your local Post Office for collection
Please email our friendly team immediately at hello@blissfullittlehome.com.au with your order number and correct details. Please note, if your order has been dispatched, we are unable to divert it
In the event that an error has been made by you, please contact us as soon as possible to determine the possibility of making changes, provided your order has not already been processed
Please refer to the product page of your pre order item for dispatch times. All items in the order will be shipped together when the pre order item arrives. If you require your other items urgently, please place a separate order
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please email our customer service team at hello@blissfullittlehome.com.au with a picture and description of the issue, and we will resolve this for you asap
Our handy packing peanuts / void fill secure your goods while in transit to you, and are 100% biodegradable. You can either add these to your compost or
dissolve under running water. No landfill required
