Changes to Orders

Please choose your items carefully as we are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed. Blissful Little Home offers change of mind store credit. Refer below for the policy.

Order Cancellation / Change of Mind Refunds

Refunds for change of mind are accepted provided goods are returned to Blissful Little Home in the original packaging, brand new, resalable condition, and the shipping at buyers cost.

Please note that refunds will not be provided on shipping costs, both to and from the customer. Refunds will not be issued if the goods arrived broken or used to Blissful Little Home.

The $18.99 flat-rate shipping fee charged at checkout does not reflect the actual shipping cost incurred. In the case of a refund, the actual shipping cost paid by Blissful Little Home will be deducted from the refund amount.

IMPORTANT: Goods purchased while on sale, or with a discount code, or any other promotional event are not eligible for a change of mind refund.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of customer receiving their order.

If returning a bundle / value pack / set, the whole set will need to be returned. Individual components of a bundle will not be accepted.

Any items returned to us that do not qualify for a return will need to be shipped back to the customer at the customers cost.

Damages and issues

In the unlikely event your goods have arrived damaged, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your order, with your order number, full name, pictures and description of the damaged goods. Once we have assessed the item, we will either refund the purchase price, or provide a replacement at the discretion of Blissful Little Home.

If for some reason, you consider that the Blissful Little Home product you have received is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the product you have received, and any faults so that we may assist you in a timely manner. All claims will need to be made at the same time to ensure we ship any replacements together.

Our warranty period on all products is 3 months. This does not include normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
