All of our orders are dispatched with Australia Post or Aramex. Normally orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being received. Please refer to Australia Posts and Aramex current delivery timeframes for your area.
IMPORTANT: Dispatch times will be extended during busy or sale periods, and towards the end of the year. 1-3 day dispatch time does not apply during sale periods.
We offer flat rate shipping of $14.99 Australia wide.
Couriers generally deliver during business hours, though deliveries may occasionally occur outside these times. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the shipping address, the courier will provide instructions for collecting your parcel from the nearest pickup location.
Where applicable, if the customer provides authority to leave the parcel unattended, Blissful Little Home will not be held liable for any lost or stolen goods. This applies even if Shipping Protection has been purchased. If you believe your parcel has been stolen after delivery, a police report will be required in order to process a claim, including where Shipping Protection has been selected.
If the parcel has been returned to us as a result of error, or inaction on your part, then as a condition of us re-sending the parcel back to you, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges, that we incur for the return of the parcel, this includes where Shipping Protection has been purchased.
Error or inaction on your part may be, but is not limited to the following and is determined at the discretion of Blissful Little Home.
- You not being available to accept delivery
- You entering an incorrect or incomplete address (including omitting a company name where delivery is to a business address).
- You failing to claim the parcel for more than 2 weeks from date of the card notification in your mailbox advising you of attempted delivery.
- If you opt to cancel the order as a result of the item being returned to us, we will provide you with a store credit, less all shipping costs incurred.
- All transactions processed through the Blissful Little Home online store, are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST.
