Use and Care Instructions

• Wash before first use.
• Dishwasher safe.
• Microwave safe.
• Oven safe up to 400° (without lid).
• Fridge & Freezer safe.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• Avoid using sharp utensils and do not cut food directly inside the container, as this may scratch the surface.

 Microwaving Information

• Heat in short intervals and stir the food during heating to
  achieve more even results.
• The container will become hot during microwaving. Take care when removing it from the microwave. If necessary, use a cloth, oven mitt, or heat-resistant glove.
• Do not heat for longer than 8 minutes at 1200w or 10 minutes at 1000w, as the container will become too hot to handle.
• Ensure only 1 container at a time is being used in the
  microwave.
• Ensure the container is not touching the walls of the microwave.
• If the container becomes dented or damaged, its
  microwave-safe performance will be affected. In this case, the container may continue to be used for food storage, but it should no longer be used in the microwave.

Q: Are the stainless steel containers microwave and oven safe?
A: Yes! The bases are made from premium 304 stainless steel, making them safe for the oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. From baking to reheating, they handle it all. For more detailed information on temperatures and times, refer to the 'product care' tab above.

Q: Can I freeze leftovers or meal prep in these?
A: Definitely! The premium materials are fridge & freezer-safe, making it perfect for storing your weekly meal prep or storing leftovers.

Q: Can the lids go in the microwave too?
A: You can use the lids for light microwave reheating, just make sure to pop the built-in air vent open first! To preserve the silicone seal, please do not place the lids in the oven.

Q: Are they easy to clean?
A: Super easy. Both the stainless steel base and glass lids are dishwasher safe. We recommend placing the lids on the top shelf of your dishwasher to keep them in perfect condition.

Q: What sizes and shapes do they come in?
A: We have multiple options and sizes. Currently they are all rectangle, and range from 600ml to 2600ml

Q: Can I buy individual containers, or do I have to buy a set?
A: Both! Our multi-piece meal prep bundles give you the best overall value, but you can absolutely buy individual containers to mix, match, and build your perfect collection.

Q. How do I close the lid?
A. Ensure you are opening the vent plug prior to placing the lid on the container. This ensures any excess air is removed from the container which would otherwise inhibit the lid from sealing properly. Once you place the lid on, you can close the plug. Please also allow food to cool before placing the lid on, and do not overfill the containers as this can cause the lid to lift, particularly when using these in the freezer where food expands when frozen

Q: Are the lids secure for transporting meals?
A: They feature a thick silicone seal designed for a snug, secure closure to lock in freshness. While they offer an excellent seal, we always suggest keeping them upright when travelling.
